REVERSE ARM LAP FELLING UNIT

Reverse arm machine, with three needles, chain stitching, for lap felling and/or double-lap seeming on jeans, casual trousers in general , working clothes, denim jackets.

The machine is particularly suitable for making the yoke seams, closing the seat seams and lap felling the leg of the trousers, thanks to a special foot and the task carried out by our belt puller system.

Features

The machine is fitted with:

- Auxiliary belt PULLER (patented system) for a uniform feed, improving fit, speed and perfect sewing quality for any type of material.

- Chain-stitch cutter for the best sewing finish.

- Foot pressure control (LOW INERTIA), a device for a perfectly constant stitch

length, above all at the start of sewing.

- Special butterfly, spring-controlled lap felling device, of our manufacture.

- Sewing components (LOOPERS, NEEDLE PLATES, FEED DOG ETC.) of our

own production available for medium and light weight fabrics. - Electronic motor with dedicated software.

- Column support.
