The operator is only placing the pocket into the loader of the creasing unit 005V. The pocket will be folded in automatic as working cycle description that you can find in the brochure of the unit 005V.

Then once the pocket already folded comes out, the loader device C-005V will pick up the pocket and sets in the loader device of the unit 2516V2.

The productivity in terms of sewing time is the same as the semi-automatic because it's clear how the output is giving by the sewing head productivity.

Of course we have to consider the minor pressure & handling for the operator.

It means a better output in terms of productivity even in case of not skill operator availability.

This new complete fully automatic workstation 2516V2-005V-C-005V is unique in the market for level of technology.

Please note that we use the same pocket mould jig set as other automatic pocket creaser unit serie 001V - 005V and semi-automatic pocket seller unit model 2516V2.

It means a very low running cost and the possibility to arrange a production of the pocket mould jig set by our authorized agents locally or directly by the end users.

This is the big goal achieved by our company:

VIBEMAC has developed a unit that's not new for working concept.

You already have other units showing the operation of pocket folding and attaching operation in one unit.

We had a target to develop a fully automatic workstation still flexibility, low running cost, versatility, less maintenance and easy learning as the semi­automatic unit 2516V2.

Please note that the unit is equipped with a new innovative quick jigs change device (patented) , already tested in our pocket creaser unit model 005V.

This technology allows to reduce drastically the time required for the change of the pocket mould jig set.

Then please note end user will be always free to handle the pocket folding station separately of the stitching unit.

In other words, customer will be ALWAYS in the position to decide to work with only the creaser unit as standard unit 005V or to use the pocket seller for different sewing operation, keeping off the folding station.

It means that we keep the same vantages as working concept with two separate different units for creasing and attaching operations.
