The automatic unit in version 3022 WB 406 is equipped with a sewing head entirely of our own manufacture, with the following characteristics: 4 needles, or double lock stitch or a mix of chain and lock stitch with needle feed.

The automatic unit in the version 3022, unique in the world, is particularly suitable to avoid the risk of breaking the outer or upper stitch of the trousers waistband that are subjected to a particularly hard "Stone-Wash".

Waistband automatic unit to attach waistbands preformed thanks to a waistband binder. Waistbands can be attached on jeans, casual trousers and fashion trou­sers in general. The machine serie 3022WB406 is equipped only with combined needle feed and special puller for double transport (upper and lower). Thanks to this, it is possible to obtain the best quality in the anatomic sewing of the waistband, not possible to obtain with drop feed feeding. This type of machine is designed and particularly recommended to work using the continuous waistband roll system. The automatic unit serie 3022 WB 406 is supplied with a sewing head entirely manufactured by vibemac in italy. The sewing head is available with the following technical characteristics:

•  2 - 4 - 6 needles, chainstitch;

•  2 needles, lockstitch;

•  unit can be supplied for both types of sewing. the two types of stitches can be mixed according to requirements (system patented and unique worldwide).

The unit 3022WB406 can be offered in several subclasses (from the automatic model to the semiautomatic model).

In any case, though, all models are complete of pneumatic presser foot lifter, a needle gauge flexible up to 2" and with our famous puller device.
