The 3022 BH unit is a machine with a cylindrical arm and single overstitch needle used for trouser leg hemming operations.
It is a very flexible unit and is truly unique as it allows fabric to be changed (from light weight to heavy, for example) without having to change any mechanical pieces or make any electronic adjustments.
It is fitted with a lower conveyor and an upper puller that make it possible to make stitches in critical points, such as crossovers or felling on heavy fabrics, without problems.
The unit stands on a small cylinder (the smallest on the market), but uses the capacity of a large rotating crochet with a consequent reduction in reel changeovers!
An innovative hemming guide makes it possible to sew the trouser hem from outside or reverse.
