Automatic single head unit with two-needle clamp, for attaching the loop in a single working cycle, for jeans, chinos - dockers, sportswear - casual and classic trousers in general.

The flexibility, productivity, reliability and manufacturing simplicity of the 3650 EV8 units make them unique. The machine allows the belt loops to be attached in 4 different ways:

A) Normal -the two extremities of the loop are folded inwards about 0.8 cm, with a minimum finished distance of the loop of 30 mm. This means that a loop can be applied onto even a small-sized waistband, typical in models for children and women. The unit can be fitted with a new device in order to give a calculated level of slack to the loop, up to 1.5 cm, to make sure that, after washing, the loop does not shrink and create tension on the belt.

B) Sportswear/Semi-classic - The loop is applied as follows: it is first cut to the required length. The upper extremity is not folded over, the lower part is about 3.5 cm long and is folded over when sewn onto the bOdy of the trousers together with two bar-tacks. The result is that the lower bar-tack is seen on the loop while the upper bar-tack is placed inside and will subsequently be covered up when the belt is sewn.The minimum distance between the two seams is 24 mm.

C) Classic - The loop is applied in the following way: the straight loop (not folded at any end) is cut to the required length. It is applied to the rear side and stitched perfectly onto the trouser body by two bar tacks with a minimum distance of 20 mm. The upper tack is then covered in the waistband stitching operation On request, the minimum distance of the bar tacks can be only 11 mm, in the event of particular stylistic requirements for the trousers to be produced.

D) Double loop - The first sewing operation is to fix the double loop folded to the trousers'body. The attachment is preparing the loop folded twice with two bar¬tacks as shown in the picture. The second operation is to fix the waistband to the trousers'body with a seam that will be covered by it. The third operation is to manually pull & sew the upper side of the loop by standard bar-tacking unit.
